Buses for Telavi leave Tbilisi from the Ortachala bus station. In Telavi, buses for Tbilisi arrive and depart in the central bus station which is beside the market (bazroba).

To get to Tushishvili Guesthouse, walk up the hill from the bus station and turn left onto the main street, Kostavas Kucha. Follow Kostavas Kucha past Batonistsikhe Castle and through the roundabout, 100 meters until you see 15 Nadickvari Kucha on your left.
